Informed Consent Form for Participation in Online Survey

Dear school leaders,

The landscape of education is continually evolving, and effective leadership is crucial in fostering inclusive learning environments. We recognize the importance of your role as a school principal in steering the direction of your institution. This survey is part of the research for the Regional Report of the UNESCO Global Education Monitoring Report conducted in seven countries.

The research is coordinated by the Network of Education Policy Centers (NEPC) (nepc@edupolicy.net), and in [country] implemented by [organization].

The survey aims to explore your perspectives on inclusion and inclusive leadership practices and the strategies employed to create inclusive spaces within your school community.

Our survey seeks to achieve the following objectives:
